AIspect Clipboard Helper
Version 1.1.0 · Windows 10+ (64-bit)
A lightweight companion app that enables one-click copy-paste of formatted radiology reports into legacy RIS systems like Karisma. Without it, reports must be downloaded as RTF files and manually copied — this tool eliminates those extra steps.
One-Click Copy
Click 'Copy Report' and paste directly into your RIS with full formatting preserved.
Runs in Background
Sits quietly in your system tray. Auto-starts with Windows — set it and forget it.
Private & Secure
Runs locally on your machine. No data is stored, logged, or sent anywhere.
~50 MB · Self-contained, no dependencies required. Use the Installer for auto-start with Windows, or the EXE Only if you prefer to run it manually.
How It Works
- 1Download and install the AIspect Clipboard Helper using the button above.
- 2The helper starts automatically and appears in your Windows system tray (bottom-right corner).
- 3In AIspect, click "Copy Report" — the report is copied with full RIS-compatible formatting.
- 4Paste (Ctrl+V) into Karisma or any RIS — headings, bold text, lists, and tables are all preserved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need this tool?
Only if you paste reports into a legacy RIS (like Karisma) that uses Windows RichEdit controls. If you paste into Word, Google Docs, or email, the regular "Copy Report" button works without any companion app.
Is it safe?
Yes. The helper only listens on your local machine (localhost) and only accepts requests from the AIspect web app. It does not access the internet, store any data, or send information anywhere.
Can I uninstall it?
Yes. Uninstall via Windows Settings > Apps, or right-click the tray icon and select "Quit" to stop it temporarily.
What if I don't install it?
AIspect still works normally. The "Download for RIS" button remains available as a fallback — it downloads an RTF file you can open and copy from manually.
